1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and labels must be attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or washed clothing
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale
  • Returns requested after 7 days of delivery

3. Size Exchange Policy

If you ordered the wrong size:

  • Size exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery.
  • The item must be unused and in original condition.
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

4. Return Request Process

To request a return or exchange:

  • Include your order number, product name, and a clear photo or video showing the issue.
  • Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

5. Refund Policy

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit, depending on the order type.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credit after confirmation.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or defective item), NIVARE will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If the return is requested for size exchange or other reasons, the customer may need to pay the shipping charges.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.
