1. Order Processing
- Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation via phone call or message may be required before dispatch.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across Pakistan.
Delivery to remote or out-of-service areas may take additional time depending on courier availability.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Major Cities: 2–4 working days
- Other Cities & Areas: 3–5 working days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
- Occasionally, free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or order values.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp so you can track the delivery status of your order.
6. Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect shipping address
- Unreachable phone number
- Customer unavailable at delivery
the order may be returned to our warehouse and future orders may require prepaid payment.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or video proof so our team can investigate and resolve the issue.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
